Vision/Mission

Since the thirteen colonies declared their independence on July 4, 1776, the United States of America has always had an open armed policy to welcome the Least, the Last, and the Lost of the world. For years, America has been inviting the poor and the needy — those seeking freedom and liberty — to its shores. The U.S. has and will continue to be a country of immigrants. This infusion of drive, talent, and creativity is what keeps America growing and prosperous.

In addition to welcoming the refugees of the world, the U.S. also has several immigration programs to bring engineers, scientists, and highly skilled individuals to America. The EB-5 and its Pilot Program, is a natural extension to welcoming the entrepreneurs and business leaders of the world. The world is changing, and during this stubbornly high unemployment period, America is welcoming those successful entrepreneurs that are willing to make the investment, the financial commitment, and the desire to create jobs in America.

ACRC believes the EB-5 is a great program to promote economic growth and domestic job creation especially during this time of high unemployment. We seek to become one of the top, if not the top, Regional Center offering quality projects with impeccable credentials.

The mission of ACRC is to promote high-quality EB-5 projects and to provide exceptional support services to the growing EB-5 investor program, while providing opportunities for job creation, economic growth, and improvement of regional productivity in the U.S.
