America Commonwealth Regional Center, LLC (ACRC) is an approved EB-5 regional center under the USCIS’s Immigrant Investor Program. ACRC is located in Tysons Corner, Virginia; a community located within the Washington Metropolitan area, where creativity and innovation are encouraged. It is approximately ten miles west of Washington, DC, just outside the I-495 beltway. Located between McLean and the town of Vienna, Tysons Corner, it is known for its many upscale apartments, as well as its high-end shopping, such as the Tysons Corner Center mall and Tysons Galleria. The Tysons Corner and McLean areas are home to many diplomats, members of Congress, and high-ranking government officials, partially due to its proximity to Washington, D.C. Tysons Corner is also home to large office complexes and large companies such as Mars, Geebo, and ServInt. The location allows ACRC to have exposure to local and national business leaders in order to identify and develop potential capital investment projects under the EB-5 program.

ACRC’s approved geographical area includes Virginia, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.  ACRC is approved by USCIS to promote economic growth, and offer capital investment opportunities in the following industry categories (NAICS): Construction (23); Retail Trade (44-45); Information (51); Real Estate and Rental and Leasing (53); Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (54); Health Care and Social Assistance (62); Educational Services (61); Accommodations and Food Services (72); and Other Services (81).
